We are currently recruiting a Director of Operations & Strategic Development: a leader with great people skills and a commitment to delivering an inspiring and innovative business model.

Reporting to the company’s Principal/Owner, the successful candidate will have a strong background in operations at a senior level in property and facilities management. Other necessary areas of expertise include project management, financial reporting, and relationship building with staff and suppliers thorough leadership and mentoring. Hospitality and marketing experience are assets. The ability to work in a creative environment, paying attention to fine detail, while delivering results is essential. The position is based in Banff.

On a practical level, responsibilities will involve planning and implementing strategies, managing capital spending, tenant relations and leasing, budgeting, managing internal and external support teams, managing IT systems, overseeing a high level of quality service and building the strength of the Arctos & Bird brand.
